Moody Performance Hall features numerous paid parking lots around the venue including covered garage parking. This is self-pay; your Shakespeare Dallas parking pass does not apply to this location.
Discounts and Group Rates
We offer discounts for seniors and students ($5 off). Active military members and their families can receive 50% off. For questions about discounts, please call the box office at 214-871-5000. We’re happy to have your school, business, or social club attend one of our performances! We offer a discount for any group of 10 or more people. Groups can reserve with Julie at josborne@shakespearedallas.org
Entry Times
The lobby and box office of the Moody Performance Hall opens 90 minutes prior to showtime. The house opens 30 minutes prior to show time and audiences can begin to take their seats.
Seating
Moody Performance Hall’s venue includes orchestra and balcony level seating. Clickhereto view a seating chart.
Food and Alcohol
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Moody Performance Hall. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as light food items are for sale within the venue.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the Moody Performance Hall. Service animals are permitted.
Wheelchair and Accessibility
Wheelchair access at the Moody Performance Hall for the hall is available. Wheelchair entry is at Flora Street and Jack Evans Street.
Refunds and Exchanges
Shakespeare Dallas has a strict no refund policy, except for the over-charging of goods and services (for example, purchasing 2 tickets and being charged for 4). If you’d like to change your date, you may request an exchange with Ticket DFW by calling 214-871-5000. Subject to availability.
